yeah exactly i want to write the emv smart chard chip with a python script and apdu command. im open for some good software as well, but their isnt any good trusted freeware...
i would buy a 201 bin from my country and want to write it on the chip.

biggest help would be a little guide/script or a list with cards+apdu commands or a trusted software link

The EMV chip is written using the "Omnikey" device and software X2 EMV v.3 2024.

What device do you want to use to burn the chip?

Can you recommend me a provider for this software?
Otherwise i will try to build it myself and this could need some time and a lot of research yy
After it worked i will use my MSR605X for the magnectic stripe.
