as far as i know you can skim the chip's "track" but there part of like the track missing and no one knows why the second half of the dumps is like the lil 0's and 1's and the 3 digit number that the rest of magnetic tracks have as 101 and the 201 magnetic track where a normal dump would be like 4321546789018999=01011010000567001 on the chips its saved as 4321546789018999=010120101 , im not really an expert on it but yea

Chip skimmers Isn't a problem, It's easy with offline pos that reads chip
The problem lies how you will encode/write the chip and make a transaction.
