Checker can kill dumps

If you check a dump on checker and its aproval, and you dont use it, checker can kill it, ok i understand this.
But what means that? the dump will change in checker to declined?
or will change in checker to hold call?

Ones you check a dump on online checker, The card holder may notice the charge and report the card stolen.
If you then check on POS system and the card is reported stolen you will get Card pickup error.
If you use a checker based in the USA and the card holder dose not notice the charge, Then 10 minutes later you try and use the card in England on POS, you will get Decline

i mean checker online twice, i explain again.
I check a dump on checker online, imagine checker kill dump, if i check on checker online again, for example next day, what the checker online will say? declined or hold call?

Depends on Country/Bank And Void's..
Some countries die after 2-3 hours .. others stay alive for weeks
It's not simple as 1-2-3

Instead of checking your dump on a checker (means card will be charged a certain amount) find checker that check you dump or cvv without charge mode. Means the dump or cc will be validated and no money will be deduct. It wont kill the dump or cc at all.
Regarding you question it all depends if some one will notice the charge on their card if so report it to the bank and checker response will be HOLD-CALL if you get Declined on the card either it is 05=Do not honour or 51=no founds. 05 comes only if the card is restricted for certain usage only.
As some one said if you check it via USA merchant and then use it in UK 4 sure ull get 05.

It all depends on who runs the checker and how often they change merchant accts. The more stolen cards checked with same merchant the faster it flags dumps and kills them. The fresher the merch acct the better. And I use the older service dump checker that voids auth after 30 seconds and it still kills certain dumps. Also helps alot to use fresh dump bases.

well i used to have a merchant account, you can auth a card for a certain amount, so normally what is done is an auth+capture or just a capture. you just need an auth.

that means it verifies the funds then does the actual charge. most checkers just do a capture.

so to saftely check:

buy a full then set up a merchant account with authorize.net
using there payment gateway set up a site to charge about $100 to the swiped dump. make sure this is the POS api and not WEB api, the POS api will work fine integrated to the web to check dumps. Then send a 'method=1' (auth only) and this will verify the funds in the account for $1. you can check any amount with this but you need to have web development experience.
if it returns an approved response code under the "responseCode" variable then you are good. it will also show what type of decline it is also. or if any flags are thrown such as to check last 4.

in any case , if card holder got sms = dumps killed ....
Best way is use fresh dumps ( unchecked ) or just check and swipe card ( less than 30 sec under check & swipe )
