Change PIN by phone ?!?

I have cards with SSN, anyone knows any bank that permit to change the PIN by phone ??? I dont have the PIN number.

well you could get the remaining information of the owner of the card by doing a lookup-search on a site like esesen.biz if you input the ssn, you shall get dob and so on to provide the phone operator

Depends on the bank. I personally use a small credit union and I dont really ever use my own plastic, So I forgot my PIN and called them up and they refused to do a transfer over the phone and told me they didnt even have access and would have to mail me a new one.

So I guess it depends on the bank, Having info and a spoofcard would help. But its social engineering either way.
