Some times when i buy cc, i check it. Then i got a message something like this "checker is down, you card will be automatically checked in few next minutes for free" Butnothing happens. And even when i try to ckeck it again i got a message - security brunhc - "This card does not belong to you!!!!!"

How to understand that???????????

In my opinion its just a blackmailing.

There was a thread about another shop before a while.
Looked quite same.

Basically, what was happening, the admin kept removing BINs which are valid. So like if I managed to find a BIN which is valid, then after a few hours, all of that BIN is removed from the site. I thought they were taking out valid BINs to sell to bigger buyers or using it themselves. It is likely that the FBI has taken over the shop. The base is too big, so they find valid bins through buyer purchases, then they inform the respective bank that so and so cards are posted in the site for sale.

Looks like the FBI would be on my ass soon. I bought over 200 cards in a few months.
