I buy 2 cards of SAME bin , I try to buy some tickets for football game, site says "DECLINED", I didnt even get to the Verified by Visa page , = DEAD CARD !!!

I press Check , and guess what?? The checker says APPROVED , and I write ticket about this, telling him that the card is clearly dead since I dont even get to the vierfied by visa, and he says No refund cuz his checker is ripping
