Мы используем US мерчант. Если ваша страна чувствительна к авторизации US мерчанта, естественно картон будет умирать. Все сугубо индивидуально.

checked arround 300 cards, none killed. but 95% cards i test are brazil, 5% US.

dont know how it goes for other countries
