no such thing as free, but phone merchants can "authorize" only, then refund the "1usd hold" they put. Just get merchant account from a legit place, like 7/11 or small stores / mall kiosks who call in cc transaction. DOn't overload with traffic, otherwise the merchant will say wtf so much traffic for store that had only 1 or 2 transaction cc a day.....
