Ребята подскажите пожалуйста,сделал заказ в магазе,пришло сообщение такого рода,
"We have received your order. To protect your billing account and ensure the delivery, we can not process your order at this time without phone verification. We have tried to dial the phone number in the profile, but it was invalid. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid the delivery delay. We are always expecting to serve you better."
Как я понял,оплата прошла,нужно им позванить,после этого пришло вот такое сообшие"Payment Failed! Wanna try again ?We noticed that you did not complete your order during your last visit to our site. Just in case you were
interrupted, we have saved your cart for you.
For your convenience,we have listed the items you had in your cart below."

Теперь вопрос,оплата прошла,и шопу нужно позванить ?или все таки не прошла ?и нужно оплатить заного?
