My "stupid" question is: Could you cashout with Eu AMEX (or even US) D+P on FR atm which read chip?
And if the dump sellers use to give the pin code with D?

Never bought dump yet and living in FR, looking to clarify my thoughts before start something, your advices welcomed !

if the atm is also have magnetic reader. i have yet to see anybody that's not a ripper sell d+p. But if you have friends, like most people, they all need help cashing them once in while.

Well yeah, french atm read both and, in case of AMEX, you dont need chip.
So that's why I thought it will be too easy then to cashout even in FR the dump you buy but if sellers just give the tracks...
So the dump you find on dumps.cc you can only use it instore??

Are there dumps you can cashout without P?
