he didnt rip me off, thats why i didnt post in blakclist. i was happy to give him the paypals, he just cant do what he says. like my post says

This man can not cash out shit, he is just a rookie. I have given him 6 different paypals and each time made up an excuse why it deosnt work. DIdnt bother telling me that before i gave them to him.
All he does is send the money onto another paypal account.

And then doesnt even have the money to buy his own.
