cashing out paypal logs (cc attached) to btc ?

what is a simple way to cashout paypal logs to crypto just lead me in the right direction, im not interested in carding shop ect.
- i work with european paypal logs with cc attached

I think u need another pp account to send u invoice. Then use ur pp to pay it.

I found that paypal has noticed the invoice issue
