i tried to cash out 2 dumps with pins today.. I did every thing correctly wore hooddie and glasses as disguise. But it said unable to process transaction for both. But i was able to see balances.. One had 4k and the other had 100 ..?\

Why did i not get any cash?

maybe you had the wrong pin numbers!.... where and who did u get the dumps + pins from?? im interested in buying

lol! this is normal these days. a lot of stuff is blocked. so it will come up unable to process.

you can go to a grocery store and buy something for 10 dollars then ask for cash back 200-300 without manager. In any major supermarket

that is not true, if he didnt have the right pin, then you will not be able to see the balance atall... but like grubber rightly said, it happens this days and it doesnt matter who you get the info from.

IF he havent the good pin = Wrong pin in atm .

This answer " unable to process transaction " could have many reason .

- International restriction
- if its 201 card and u try to read in new atm
- If u use in a black listed country ( uk card use in Ghana ...)

but in all case the pin are good !!
Try to use in another atm or another country .

i had same problem today, but this problem is very little first time i withdraw only 50 pounds, then i withdraw all money from card.

Maybe its work only on Post Offices ATM, becoz i try on another - dont work.

It is true some machine will not work. But I figured out which ones work 100% for UK dumps....
and a slick way to make it work when decline...
Hit me up if you have d+p(first hand only) I cash all d+p from any country...Vendors who have

go try use it in owners location or closer place. dat way u can hit it.

Allways TRY to use dp in country of origin.
Almost every dp (icluding visa debits issued for local ATMs) will work 100%.
