Made contact private and advised me that he has a "very close friend" who has THOUSANDS of offset printing plastics(WITH HEAT PRESSED HOLO, FRONT AND BACK UV, SUPER BANK QUALITY) in stock. I explained to him that heat pressed, front and back UV is a MUST (even provided a link to him with what I'm looking for) and he showed me the designs on what his friend CURRENTLY has in stock via icq. We agreed on the sample price of $1365 including shipping. (pm me if you need link pictures Ninja)
Wu was picked up on March 03,2013 by his drop (I can pm you WU drop name and MTCN to match it Ninja), but ever since then he has been either ignoring me on icq or stalling time. It went from " I will update you with shipping within 24 HOURS bro", to "GIMME 48 HOURS to process your order bro". I find this very suspicious since he clearly indicated that his friend has the plastics ready in stock, with THOUSANDS of each design (check log for all the above comments)- also at first if you check the log, he claims that he DOES NOT know the source of the plastics when I asked him "does he print them?", now he claims that the delay is due to lag in offset printing.

March 15th, goods finally arrived after all his delays and excuses.
But they are nothing like how he described prior to the transaction, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO the "SUPER BANK QUALITY" he claims to be. simply glitter plastics with hologram PayPalers, and ONLY (HSBC VISA AND METROBANK) TWO designs (BOTH which I didnt even ask for). After checking his thread, I realized both designs were what HE HAS IN STOCK, not his friend - so I assume he made up a friend who has "quality heat stamped plastics" as a lie and showed me fake photo galleries just to get business?
Two days ago, he also msged me to send me an additional 50LR ASAP since thts "extra" for the shipping cost, which confuses me.
I more than willing to take off this blacklist once the EXPECTED goods are deliveried or I am refunded. I have already wasted time browsing through "his friends" SUPER BANK QUALITY plastic gallery with heat stamped holo while negotiating prices and designs with him. These plastics are NOT what the vendor promised, or claimed "HIS FRIEND" had in stock.
