Carding Pre-Paid Wireless Broadband

I was thinking about things I had heard about carded modems etc. and had a few questions I'm hoping you may know the answer to,

Q.1 - Will they track me down if im surfing the web on their Usb Broadband that I carded.


Q.2 - Do they cancel them? Will I have to throw them out after 1 week 2 weeks...

Any additional information on the topic would be much appreciated

This will varies but specially they will ask you to give the proper reason but you can always say it was a Gift from a friend and similar things.
