Carding possibiltys Poland?

I move next month for 1 year to Poland. Who can tell me more about the carding possiblitys there?

Poland is in EU they use Chip and pin
you can card anything just like any other country.

1) they dont need to verify last 4 digits in most stores
2) no lock (05 code) with usa dumps
3) u can use MC magneted on VISA card and the wont check it at all

so easy so easy...

Im not polish myself, but i make business with polish people, i asked them about the bank securities, they said they are very strict, and are probably top 1 security bank in europe (their words) i know this message is from 2012, but that just shows the improvement of polish banks.

Like the guy said, another basic EU country, well first of all you shouldnt online card in the same country as you live, you can card things in germany, and use a forwarding service to send your goods back to poland, or you can target USA. Regarding real carding, i wouldnt know, i dont live there.

same for every country, dont card in your own, do the neighbouring, and forward packages, when it comes to real carding, ive heard france has the most advanced system there or whatever.
