Hi, I did this method in one auction site from my country (not ebay), and I don't know if you can apply this to other auctions sites, but I'll explain here how I got success getting money ($$), not items, on auction sites...
First thing you need a fresh and valid cvv. So, many people when try to make MONEY carding auction sites, they think to create 2 accounts, one to sell, another to buy his product. But this is one old method that almost don't work anymore. The best thing to try (at least with me worked for long time), is to create only one account, with the details of your cvv. Then you go and search one item around $200-$300 (try to not buy expansive items because most of times they will verify large amounts closely...). So you search one item from a very rated member, with much positive points and all stuff that proves he is a real seller there. You buy the item from this seller, and if things go well (you get approved order) you just scam the seller with something like:
"I'm really sorry about this but I had problems with my bank and credit card, and I need to cancel my order now to solve this problems. I really need the money back but soon as everything solved I surely you buy from you again... bla bla bla..." As he is a good and real seller, he should accept your apologizes and send you the money back (maybe with some correction)... So you got around 300 bucks from your cvv card. I was doing this for a while in my country, but unfortunately they are with a new system now and I'll need to search another method
