First, we need an antique, I prefer to use "Octo".
This method is designed for volume, since some accounts will fly off for various reasons.
1. Buy X number of cards with Non-VBV or Auto-VBV bins.
2. In Octo, create X number of profiles - this will be our X BestBuy accounts (I make at least 10-15 accounts per week: accordingly, there should be 10-15 CC).
3. Next, take socks as close to the cardholder as possible, set everything up and link it in Octo so that the profiles are ready.
3.2 Focus on fraud score up to 10% on the fv.pro website
4. Next, when everything is set up, go to BestBuy. Here it is important to browse the site for about 5 minutes, fill in cookies. Next, we choose some cheap thing up to $20 (I usually choose batteries).
4.2 It is better to enter the site from Google, through the product search, having previously found cookies with the same product on other sites.
5. We add our thing to the cart, and leave it in the cart. We click the registration button and register for the CH data. We copy the CH mail - the number is the same, only we change the last digit.
6. After successful registration, we add our card to our created account. After successful binding, we log out of the account. We repeat this with all 10-15 accounts. Then we give a day to rest for all accounts.
7. Once we have given a day to rest, we log back into our accounts and do a checkout. We order the item to the СH address, billing = CH shipping. We set the delivery to regular, expedited delivery for cheap goods only increases the fraud score. If you followed the steps I described, your order should go through without any problems.
