Yes they are virgins with very sharp blades inside, u try it for the first time u get chopped. Thats why they remain virgins.

after that the owner of the visa call the bank and refund his money

I have done atm skimming (ncr personas 86 antiskim) in Dubai, collected over 300 d+p, cashed out in India, and this happened 6 months ago.

Everything went fine, no trouble at all.

i'm from saudi arabia
we have strict laws but not hard to carding and skimming

i'm carding in 2010 and 2011 but in 2012 Customs require ID number for any shipments up 100$

about skimming i don't have any idea i think it possible
FYI saudi arabia a rich country because have oil
