done this before, carded mass amount 2 months before event in australia with USA cards, made $7,000 re-selling the tickets but 80% of them cancelled. I have tried since 1-3 days before event and never had problem. just dont do more than 3 tickets per card, and use same country card as the event is in. don't bother with pickup ticket because they ALWAYS need to see the CC used, unless you have plastics
