I am a carder with 5 years experience, I have never been a carder before, I worked as a CTO and earned a couple of times more before carding. I work only for foreign customers in the field of system administration for about 10-20 hours a week. I do not almost regret becoming a carder since I live on the bright side. What am I doing to work, or rather to work well.

1) Separate work and sleeping areas. Here you can rent a more roomy apartment, work in a coworking center or cafe, convert a balcony into a study, and much more. The bed is always tempting to abandon work and lie around.

2) Drink delicious freshly brewed coffee. There is nothing better than a cup of espresso or cappuccino in the morning.

3) Exercise in the morning. During the night, the liver runs out of all energy reserves and in order to get energy from the muscles in the form of lactic acid, the body needs a load on the muscles. This will give you energy before breakfast.

4) Have breakfast, damn it, the body needs energy to move and think.

5) Live on the bright side. Lack of sun and heat significantly reduces productivity. Move to a warm country. Rent a house on the sunny side. Thailand and Vietnam are waiting for you.

6) Eat well. More often, but in small portions, this will allow the body to be in good shape and not accumulate excess fats (I do not like obesity).

7) Do not abuse food, drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, promiscuous sex life. When you are a carder you feel very free, why not score another joint.

8) Swim in the ocean, pool, river, lake. Swimming is damn invigorating and relaxing. Increases the general tone of life.

9) If you do not know how to work with projects (this is about project management), then proceed as follows: break any project into subtasks with an equal amount of time (2 hours, one day, two days) that you need to spend. Enter any bug trackers (trac, mantis), project management systems (hello megaplanu) and perform subtasks one at a time. When they are finished the project is completed.

10) If you forget everything like me, then you need to use a reminder on your phone and on your computer. On my computer, since it is absolutely free and has free reminders for mail, gabber, sms. I always use the built-in reminder on my phones. I started a simple rule, you need to do something right away, put it in a reminder and now I never forget anything.

11) Exercise. The body must be tired not only with the brain. The lack of physical activity for me, for example, leads to poor sleep, I fall asleep late, the schedule becomes devastatingly shifted.

12) Do not take more work than you can do. Several times this happened in my life as a result of 5 dissatisfied customers. It's very brutal to chat with 5 people on Jabber, Telegram, Skype when everyone has an urgent problem.

13) Learn English, this great language will help you travel and work for foreign customers.

14) Get some rest. A carder often forgets to work seven days a week and not give himself a vacation. But the situation is such that a carder should have more days off and 4 full vacations a year.

15) Get enough sleep. If you are sleepy all the time, there will definitely not be a good job. Taking a nap at lunchtime after a meal is also very beneficial.

I am ready to challenge any opposite / alternative opinion or add it to the list. I am always glad to have comments, even bad ones.
 
? Scenarios of the Past

Everyone's negative childhood experiences are unique in their own way: with unique problems and difficult moments. Let's talk about those who spent it in constant parental quarrels, pressure, rejection or bullying.

Imagine a child on whom parents, teachers and peers every day pour the accumulated negative in the form of strict remarks: "Why didn't you do what you asked for?" ...

In childhood, there is no strength and ability to withstand a harsh environment - you have to adapt to the conditions and underestimate your opinion about yourself.

Years later, a person grows up, and resentments and misunderstandings go into the subconscious. And without knowing it, he unconsciously recreates past situations, imitating the offenders. He believes that it is "right" to act this way.

Thinking in this style - a model of action and a subconscious desire to replay the scenario of the past on the other hand - interfere with the comfortable and prosperous life of the once persecuted.

To prevent this from happening again, do not try to "recoup". Understand that the past is in the past. Tell yourself: “Childhood is over. I grew up and now I decide for myself what and how it will be in my life. " Act as you would like to be treated as a child.

Let go of people who have offended and insulted. None of this matters anymore. Break the vicious circle of scourging and move on.
