RU carders have learned to create VCC through personal accounts of bank clients.
This was reported in its Telegram channel by the Main Department of Regional Security of the Moscow region
As noted in department, if the cardholder does not follow the messages coming from the bank, the VCC is issued without his knowledge.
The department recommends to contact the bank in case of detection of card issuance, the application for which was not sent.
