For two years now, there were rumors that they would introduce new positions, senior and lead teacher, which turned out to be qualification titles.
Teacher-methodologist and teacher-mentor.
I am sure that such categories/titles will be introduced soon, let's see how they differ from each other.

Teacher-methodologist:
  1. have at least 5 years of teaching experience as a teacher;
  2. availability of a valid first or highest qualification category for the position of "teacher";
  3. professional retraining or advanced training on methodological support for the implementation of general education programs (programs of primary general, basic general and (or) secondary general education), received not earlier than three years before the submission of the application for certification

Teacher-mentor:
  1. have at least 7 years of teaching experience as a teacher;
  2. availability of the current highest qualification category for the position of "teacher";
  3. professional retraining or advanced training in organizational and pedagogical support of professional activities of teaching staff (teachers), received not earlier than three years before the submission of an application for certification.
That's actually the whole difference. In reality, since there are an absolute majority of teachers with more than 7 years of teaching experience in the school, the main condition for getting into teacher - mentors will be the presence of the highest qualification category.

What does having these qualifications mean?
Interesting question, right?
I'll explain it using my own example.
Let's assume that I have become a methodist teacher, and I am already a teacher of the first category.
This means that I will receive at least a 10% bonus for the professional category (1 category) plus a bonus for the qualification title (teacher-methodologist), which is probably the same 10%.
Attention! The percentage of allowances varies from carding forum to new carding forum!

But this is all theoretically, practically now in the collect this information:
I think that's how they will become methodist teachers and mentors, you just need to compare the requirements that are indicated above and the given names on the plate.

What else is required
The following personal deposits and supporting documents are REQUIRED:
  • about the author's methodology of the subject, course and (or) course of extracurricular activities, the experience of implementation of which is generalized and distributed for use by other teachers (other teaching staff);
