he says "no, we do like this, BLBALBLA u pay me first for 10% of the deal, then I give u what u need, then i card u 10% more of the deal, and u give me money"

2) i told him, "card me the whole deal directly, we agree price, and we use ESCROW for safety cuz im not giving u a shit first"
