card duplicate

If I put money to legit card and make a duplicate of it and like i.e I use legit card in my country to buy something like for 2$ and then other person with different face goes to ATM in other country with that duplicate card in 10minutes and take money. Is it possible to pretend that someones skimmed my card and ask for refund in bank? I would be glad to hear all kind of opinions of you brothers. Thank you !

depends on the country... if it's the US, you'll definitely get a refund. Some countries have crappy cardholder protection, so it will either take ages for you to get a refund or you might not get it at all. I think for ATM withdrawal it takes more time for a refund...

ps- fantastic idea to make cash... get a huge bank account and cash it out overseas, and play stupid with the bank.
