Card declined without reason! Please help me!

I writed a plastic with MSR only track 2, and InStore I receive error: Declined, ( 101 Card Expired)
My question is why I receive this error if the card will expire on 10/13

I used Jpmorgan Chase Bank N. A. Bussines card, in EU country (Romania)

did you try swiping something else ? will it give you a different message when transaction declines ? have you tried filling up trk1 ?

Sometimes, if the cardholder asks for any reason for a replacement card, he gets a new card with same number just different exp date/cvv/csc. You will then get that error because even though the card may be valid, you dont have correct track2/exp date.
Another reason may be a region block in Romania for chase, or just a flagged transaction, and that can be a random error like many that atms/pos give when using foreign cards. Either way, I would try another card but make sure its valid before you try it... you can use the 1800jackoff service to check for card/exp if its alive or not.

In many pos transaction cannot be processed without track1 and i would also suggest u to check the dump in checker and see if the dump is really valid or expired then u will know what exactly is wrong good luck.......

I believe Terminals only need Track2 to process the transaction..
Only Big stores as Walmart etc.. Will Need Both tracks Like these POS's

In grocery stores those pos's dont need both tracks..have done it with just track 2 a lot.

Maybe the fact that the owner of the card use to have 101 and now a 201 carde was sent to the cardholder. some machine use track1 (look for pckit to generate track 1 dont generate track1 when you are online) some parking machine only use track1 to verify if card is valid.

Anyone know where to download PCkit track 1 generator ? A link would be very much appreciated. Ive searched for a few hours and havent come up with anything that isnt password protected.....Any help would be appreciated!
