Cancellation shortly after payment

I purchased giftcards on a site, and the payment was successful. 30 seconds later i get an email i created (similar to cardholders) saying that the payment was cancelled.
Does this mean that the owner of the card prevented the purchase?
But if its a non vbv card, it shouldnt have send a verification code or alert to card owner, correct? Or am i missing something.

-The proxy was good for whoer.net and was blacklisted for 2 addresses on blacklistmaster- the rest of the websites were fine (922 residential proxy).
-----When i tried signing up for a crypto site to do cc to btc, it said the site is not available in my region. Dolphin anty proxy status also flagged the proxy.
-The card was legit, i checked with Carder Forum's recent bin list, and the telegram bot.
-The payment went through to buy giftcards, and codes were supposed to be sent via email- didnt end up happening.

Hey, yeah the proxy was blacklisted on 2 sites out of like 100, so i thought it would be fine.
Does EVERY site need to be not blacklisted to pass antifraud?

did you check the fraud score of both the proxy and dns. DId you check if your proxy is detected as a vpn/proxy? you can do both of these on ipqualityscore

It shows that the ip given from the proxy is high risk. ^^^

And the proxy is detectable.

This makes more sense- thanks.
Though i couldnt find where to check the rating of my DNS. I dont think i used one, unless Dolphin Anty uses one automatically.
--How to check the DNS?
--Do you recommend any other proxy service than 922, because 922 is supposed to be really good but supposedly not.

his bussiness you have to go through multiple proxies sometimes to find a good one, make sure you're buying newer proxies. If it gives you options for unshared proxies use that. 922 is primarily used by carders and web scrapers so you will likely get high fraud score proxies if they are used or old.
