Can u cashout money at atm in poland?

If u get dump with pin and all the information and u will write info to the blank white card can u cashout it in every atm? Some peoples from poland say u cant do it in poland because there is some sort of certificate on normal credit card or debit and if u use white card it will reject. And if this is true what if u put dump info on your card that u use. It will work? Thanks for answer

For this purpose, there are 2 types of ATMs:
- ATMs with chip readers (modern).
- ATMs without a chip reader (old).
To cash out a card at modern ATMs, you will need 201 dumps with a recorded EMV chip.
To cash out a card at old ATMs, you will need 101 dumps recorded on a magnetic stripe, without an EMV chip.

Okay thanks bro, but i can write dump to my plastic debit card to make it look more reliable? And second question i have do u need to write magstripe info if u want to cashout it from modern atm? or u need only chip written.
