Can Msr 606 Write out Chip and Pin Cards for atm cashing

No, MSR606 Can't write Chipped (201) Cards, You need a Chip Encocder. and The chip info on 201 cards are encrypted. Don't bust your head trying to cash code 201 Pins, Unless you know about them.

Do you mean african countries like... Nigeria..?? I don't think so. EU bins are blocked in those countries.

Bro, listen to me.. Don't fall for rippers. Everbody who sell D+P is most likely a ripper. I would say 99,9% of them. It's just a friendly advice...

Most are rippers if they sell...But there are places I know that I have used in the past that work for any D+P UK,RU,EU,ASIA, all work where I am..100% working...
