What's the point of an MSR if I withdraw using EMV?

So I want to know what the point of buying a $150 MSR is if I don't even have to swipe my card at an updated ATM.

I already have my unfused jcop's and my Omnikey to write on the EMV chip, but I fail to see why I need an MSR at this point..? It's not like I have to swipe the magstrip.

msr605x costs like 100% you need to code the mag stripe too because the atm is reading both not just the chip

Chip stores the information about last transfers and data what is also must have which ATM reads. So those 2 are working together like components. Thatswhy also mag stripe does not work by itself
