Can anyone make fake id and go to BOA?

Is anyone able to make a fake TX ID and go to BOA to take the hold off an account? Account totals add up to almost a million dollars.

A takeover? lol, they scan your DL/ID when you open the account.

Have successfully seen new bank opened with FULL matching info, all credit report memorized and fake utility bill. As far as going to the bank and taking over someones account already opened, not sure. Sounds high risk....
