I am buying ALL banks with ANY balance, as long as you have all the required info to make transaction, for example transfer password etc.

Most banks have sms verification enabled in netbanking accounts. I don't think you will be able to transfer anything without sms code.

banks like icici, hdfc, citi and sbi are fucked thou

besides, im making transactions with them not transfer money to another account.
