Buying Good CCs and VBV bins

I need to pay for something online (subscription/not physical).

I've tried buying cards from a few shops but either they're vbv/msc or duds.

I'd like to know:
1. What bins are non-vbv. I've found hundreds in forums but have no way of knowing if they are really vbv.
2. Where I can get good cards to use that are non-vbv.

SO many rippers, and scammers out there.

Thanks @Carding. If anybody can post testimonies about "derkoba" or if he has profiles I can look up, that would be nice.
