Hey guys, I bought cc in several cc stores. Unfortunately, all the ones I bought required otp. I used an iPhone, an independent IP close to CC, checked IP fraud score, used an anti-tracking browser, registered an email address with CC's name, and used the billing address as the delivery address. In short, I did everything I could, but it didn't work. Either OTP was required, or the order was successfully received but it was quickly cancelled and the account was locked. I don't know what to do next. Help

I would recommend buying cc's from shops that are trusted and known such as Saint Patrick shop which is popular at the moment. You should do your own research on where to buy from but you can find their page here.

You can buy some bins or simply ask the seller for non vbv card before buying the card.
Some websites will accept non vbv some will not so when you see a website accept your card write down the bin and use it agian and agian.

I haven't bought from them myself so i can't speak for their legitimacy, i encourage doing your own research as there's heaps of resources on this forum. Good luck on your journey

You can pay for goods with purchased VBV cards (if they are still alive) on 2DS sites and 2DS stores without requiring an OTP.
