Brazil dumps work in Spain?

i don't personally, but i reckon it would depend on the specific bins. Simply asking about "Brazil dumps" is too broad a question, imho. 
I do know that a lot of Brazilian bins work fine in Italy though, so it's quite likely that it's the same with Spain. Does Spain get a lot of tourists from Brazil? If so then you have a fairly good answer
