How does our body express our states? Why it happens? What is the relationship here?
- The body is inert. It remembers and stores all the experiences of a person for a very long time. Part of this is generic programs that are passed down from genus to genus.
For example, everyone in the family has scoliosis, and if in early childhood the programs responsible for its occurrence do not change (parents raise a child with the same attitudes that they themselves received from their parents and strengthened by personal experience), then the child , with a high probability, will also suffer from scoliosis. This does not mean that he will necessarily have scoliosis, but it does mean that he has a predisposition to the formation of curvature of the spine due to the work of programs.
There are fast programs - not splashed out emotions that worry you for a short time. For example, they came to work and had a fight with their superiors - a quick program.
Fast programs are easy to track and, therefore, can be removed faster.
If the task, the problem torments you for a long time, the blockage in the body can become chronic. By creating a background in your vibrational field, such a block attracts situations similar to the problem that caused it. Like attracts like.

Each part of the body stores blocks that are responsible for different areas of life and experience. The collection of blocks in different parts of the body makes up a general picture of a particular person. Each person and his body map are purely individual and, accordingly, an individual approach is required.

Legs are responsible for the way forward, but if I speak in general terms, I will not paint everything in detail.
A foot, wrapped inward, indicates that a person is blocking his way, is not ready to use all the opportunities that life gives him. If you make such a movement, as if you are taking something in front of you, turning the hand, stretching your hand and pulling it back, then by the sharpness of this movement, by how the fingers are clenched, how a person withdraws his hand (specifically to himself, or drops halfway, or leads away), it is immediately clear who will not miss their own. There are people who, while making this movement, do not even pinch their fingers: they seem to take, but they seem to not take. And you take it - so you take it, if you already give it, you take it and run. Even with such elementary examples, you can trace the basic properties of character.
The shoulders show the load - it is the emotional load of the problems. Because sometimes a person has a lot of problems (although I like to call them tasks, not problems), but he is easy on this, and in this case he will have everything in order with his shoulders. And there is a problem with a marigold, and a person raises it to the level of an elephant - then the shoulders will be loaded. This is the degree of emotionally loaded from what is happening in life.
The neck has many aspects - life path, strength, etc. In short, so.
- Is it possible to change the state through a change in the position of the body, through tracking your movements?
- Definitely. With the help of movements, you can quickly change your mood. By making certain movements, you can tune yourself to what you need. For example, you need to go to some kind of buffet table. At the buffet, one will run around the hall, communicate with everyone, and the second will stand in the corner and wait for someone to come to him. If you tend to stand in a corner, but you need to communicate with everyone, then you can use physical exercises to bring yourself into a state where you will flutter around the hall in 15 minutes.
With the help of longer sessions, any syndrome can be removed - the block is removed from the body gradually. But it takes intention and action, as always. When the block is removed, the person may even be shaken; he is doing some simple exercise, and he has the feeling that he is unloading the car. It can be hot, hard, but when the block is removed completely, there is a return impulse to the subcortex of the brain - and a person begins to perceive the same things in a different way, his attitude changes, and when the attitude changes , other situations are attracted. The principle of this is simple.
- You talked about a set of exercises that will help you get to know everyone. Can you give examples of exercises on how to do this?
- When a person is uncomfortable to communicate, he presses his arms to the body, raises his shoulders, takes closed poses. Remember yourself when you find yourself in an uncomfortable society where you are uncomfortable. Notice that you automatically pinch your upper body, pressing your arms to your torso. One of the movements aimed at releasing this zone is an elementary mill in a relaxed state, a mill with bouncing, whirling with arms to the side, just jumping in place with raising arms. You need energy invested in the movement, directed to the zones of the arms and trunk.
- And self-organization?
- Self-organization is more difficult, because you need to build a core - check, build in the back, reach upward (after all, we are reaching for the best, higher "I"). And after that, ensure that the body is relaxed with the rod. That is, self-organization is a somewhat longer process. There are things that can be done quickly and without the help of a professional. And there are things that need to be built taking into account the individual characteristics of a person, because the self-organization of a person who is simply relaxed, but he needs to get together is one thing, and the self-organization of a person who has an airiness in his character and who, by definition, cannot get together at all, - there is a whole complex. It is difficult to give a prescription right away.
- Can you tell us how different negative states, such as fears, workload, fatigue, insecurity, manifest themselves in the body?
- As a rule, one of the centers is clamped.
If it is fatigue, congestion, emotional problems - the upper back, if it is a heart problem (this happens very often), naturally, the heart center is drawn in.
You are offended by someone from your family - immediately there is a subtlety. If it is connected with society, the secrecy will be higher, in the center of society.
If the problem is sexual, then there will be distortions in the work of the hip joint. For example, a vivid symptom that a person feels helpless is that he will stick out his butt. Moreover, it is the person who determines for himself whether to feel helpless in a given situation or not, although sometimes this can be both a child's and a generic program.

- You and I talked about the fact that it is possible at the level of the body to change the state and change the life. Can you give examples?
- There are people who bend their knees in the opposite direction. Have you met such? They have a lot of stubbornness. As soon as the knees are bent, the pelvis goes backward (you cannot stand on straight knees with a flat pelvis) and a tummy appears automatically (the abdominal muscles gradually relax, respectively, over time, the organs come forward). And often, when a person is stubborn, then at the level of his stubbornness he does not see the full breadth of what is happening, he stubbornly follows something, and this is not always useful for him.
Sometimes you should heed the advice, because advice is given for a reason. You can try walking on slightly bent legs (preventively) and keeping your knee free. If you are standing in such a cruel position, when you have absolutely even "broken" knees, try to suddenly jump off the spot and run. Uncomfortable, you lean forward with your nose. Now soften your knees a little, they are not bent, but just free. Move forward - easy? Yes. It's exactly the same in life. If the knees are bent, then the priest goes back - helplessness is accumulated.
There is another syndrome - this is an eversion of the pelvis forward. Bend your knees slightly and rotate the circle with your pelvis (the body does not work at the same time). There are women who do not have a pelvic outlet forward, they cannot roll the circle forward efficiently, make a large circle behind, and there is almost no one in front. This suggests that, on a subconscious level, they do not see themselves in the future as happy with a man (partner) sexually. Many single women who have a fear of the absence of a husband, a man in the future, will be skewed. If the circle is even, in front as much as in the back, this is balance.
- You talked about building the foundation, which is needed for everything. How to build it, can you give some kind of technique?
- There is a whole system of exercises aimed at working out micromuscles. Usually, during physical activity (including in the gym) we work with the strongest muscles, and it is important for us to strengthen the small muscles that support the spine.
At the same time, stretching of the spine is required so that there are no protrusions, because the force of gravity has not been canceled.
For example, a person's blades should work easily, they should not be "welded". Often from hypodynamia, from the amount of anxiety, the scapula loses its mobility, and it should work at 100% when moving. Because the shoulder should rotate in all directions without causing any complications, and if the scapula does not work, then the movement of the shoulder is already difficult.
The back is the foundation of a fulfilling life. It should be healthy and well-developed for any person, there are different methods of working out.
When you want to hide from the situation (you are sitting in a meeting, but you have not prepared for it, or you have not prepared for the exam), you will immediately raise your shoulders and suck in your neck.

You try to think positively, tell yourself that everything is fine with you, but the program “life is hard, you have to fight for everything” sits in you - and it keeps your back crooked, and problem situations are pouring in and out. Because the body is phonating. And only when the body does not create this negative background, and thoughts and feelings form what you want, you will attract good situations in life.

Why is there less money? From fear, from self-doubt.
How to get rid of fear, self-doubt? If we are talking about the body, then deal with the body. You must a priori be happy and feel the fullness and joy of life - and then what you lack in this picture will be attracted. Accordingly, the body should be free to perceive everything that comes to you.
Besides, this is youth, this is beauty.
Youth is how a person feels. There are grandmothers who at 80 years old can sit in any asana, or grandfathers who are able to run cross-country at 90 years old - this speaks of youth. And in a decrepit body a healthy spirit does not exist, at least because the energy is no longer so strong, the intention is no longer so strong.
Take care of yourself, be young, healthy, let the miracle into your life - and then everything will be, including money.
