BOA Logins: Anyone with Experiences?

Guys,
Need an information: There are two possible wire transfers in BOA logins: tab ''Inside the Bank'' (national wire) and tab ''Outside the Bank'' (international wire). Regarding the second one: The requirement occurs to enter either CC or DC (debit card) - the 3 major data (number, exp date, digit code). But what if you don't have this / didn't get it provided?
If anyone with BOA logins experiences from usage aspect: How did you get solution to this assuming that you didn't have the CC/DC data in the available datas when scraping/purchasing the login?
As far as I know there is no way to bypass that Authentication of cc/dc requirement. Not possible to get such data from statements. Any alternative to this?

The only solution I see so far is choosing national wire option but due to obvious reasons depiction of such case won't help.

They perplex account holders with such requirement - particularly the ones being focused on WIRE transfers.

Edit: Need to rectify myself: Figured out both tabs need that, not just one. Lol, even worse.

call to the bank and tell them you want to make a transfer to a given acc blah blah......
but remember you use call spoofing or get some one specialising in that and your transfer will be successful...................

No, this won't work. Its not like WU. Here, in BOA, you cannot do phone call transfer. Some banks might offer it but not BOA.
