ThunBird is right. For halifax UK:
Step1: User/Pass on homepage
Step2: Memorable info (Drop down box, select 3 letters from your word) - Change from questions like mothers first name few month ago.
Step3: Proceed to make xfer, if it will be using FPS it will say before you make xfer !

anz.com.au ( need active international service and waiting 12 hours for this activation ) after % is poor for do transfer because admin block directly !! so this 2 banks is shit !!

just note : citibank UK you cant add international account for do international sent , you need call bank , but posible sent on UK account and global transfer ( citi to citi ) but just on little country , like germany , argentina , brazil , australia and i think singapour too
