bins question

10 failed business/plat dumps and 3 vendors later i have still had no success, no vendors say which state they are from just the bin, ive tried a bin i have on my own personal card, still no go and only banks in the area. im in a decently populated area too, am i doing something wrong?

one plat approved for a $1 transaction but that is it, 2 minutes later it declined a $100 and $30 transaction.
