cards with 9 could be cards for gas, they use same POS system as other cards.

Here in Germany there are special Cards for Companys with Trucks and other Vehicles
.
Cards to buy fuel and other stuff at the Gas Station.
My Neighbour had 2 of them and i skimmed them to check Dump.
it happend a year ago.
