Best place to cash out debit card?

Are there any places that you know of that don't have cameras around, or the atm + cameras are outside?

I would try a club or a bar...i know some in my area have ATM and no cameras

You're going to have a hard time in most places finding an ATM that doesn't have cameras around. Most of them have cameras in them that point to the card holder's face, and most of those also have cameras up in the corner of the room above.

Rather than using the little ATMs that you find at nightclubs, which usually have pretty low limits, I would recommend just hiding your face.

If you live somewhere cold, wear a big coat, and a scarf that covers your face, a hat, gloves and sunglasses. Theres no way anyone can recognize you with all that.

Outdoor event .. have mobile atms. I forget brand .. they have cameras but all have camera

Easy!

1.Get yourself a bike/scooter
2.Remove the plates
3.Put on a skimask and a helmet
4.Drive to the atm at night *not in the weekends to much police around at night
5.My bike is very popular and a lot of people have 1 so i just park at the atm and use it, if you dont have 1 buy a cheap 1 that you can get rid of easy
6.cashout ! only use 2 cards at the same atm and same bank branche,
