And why? I want it where I can enter ANY address as the billing addres.. What cc is good for that?

Soprano, Not really, it depends where and what you are going to card... some sites work very good with US Non VBV but some are better with EU cards / Non AVS cards, so try to suite the site with a specific card and make sure its PLAT/SIGN for higher balances if your carding high amount items. Try Singapore/Japan/ these countries should be fine

Japan cards are non-avs, but they have vbv/mcsc. It's up to you how much money you can spent on searching bins wich are not vbv/mcsc. Even though u can talk directly with seller, make an offer that he sell u just cc numb for low price and u check them in visa/mcs page if its protected or no. my english is bad but maibye u understand
