seyfu's comment on banks acting fast if the accounts are of the same country seems right.

i guess a transfer can be cashed no problem providing both are from different countries, the responsibility of that is obviously on seyfu, who definately by the looks of it knows what his doing.

if a drop account shows balance of say a 12K Transfer, but that amounts not available (due to security or some problem), thats a unsuccesful transfer right? because if it was a success, it would show 12k balance with 12k available. or am i wrong?

i think this is the only grey area left to clarify in this scheme.

FOR a 12k transfer i should resend it or something else , but this type of question need to be talk on icq .

But are u able to send 2.5k wmz ?
