I don´t know if you mean this but there is a method called reroute, consist of putting the normal cardholder direction on the web and then after it gets shipped call the company and tell them you missroute the package and tell them a new address (a drop address).

I was referring to Paypal and Cashapp cashouts, adding a card with vic's address, name to pull money from there CC and then redirect the funds to that card and was wondering who temp cards you guys use typically that are very light on KYC.

I dont know exactly with cash app, non-vbv cc dont require 2fa or kyc, that why they are so demanded in the carding world, you could try with those, normally u buy the fullz that comes with the cardholder address so yeah you should put that, i have some non-vbv cards that you could try, just let me know @Jackfrost_CC
