dusklord: brand doesn't matters. Banks sells the old machines and old technology to third world countries. If you are in europe or usa you can forget to find that kind of machine

If the name NCR is not a clue enough for you, then maybe you shouldnt bother yourself about it in the first place.

but there is many models of NCR's. For example NRC 5886 reads chip for shure, tried it few days ago.

Thats right Eastern Europe is full of ATM that read mag-stripe and alot NCR models around.
Is only few Banks that uses the new ATM`s.

You can try it self safety. Place tape over chip on you card and put it in ATM . If you see on the screen technish problem of you card. Thra mean this ATM work only with chips. Best regards.
