atm skimming

Can someone tell me which kind of diebold atms don't have anti skimming. Everytime we try to install device atm goes out of service.

I am facing the same problem like when ever i try to installed my skimmer, ATM goes offline. i will greatly appriciate if anyone give me the solution for it & give +ve.
