Someone I know isn't really coming through so I am in need of someone to sell or make me an ATM skimmer.

I have old ATM's here, perfect for skimming and cashout because people here first of all aren't very clever and secondly the ATM's are old and don't have much security.

Quit the racism, I know plenty of african's that would make you look like small money.
Ad you can buy a skimmer for 2k. Its not going to be the latest or have a pin pad, but nonetheless people do upgrade and sell.
You definitely could get a rental for 2k in escrow.
