Let me elaborate on omni's midnight attack. Scince there is a daily limit of 400 dollars, you would cash out your card at 11:55, and wait a few minutes and after 12:00 rolls over you can pull 400 more. Then I would try to hit a big purchase at a store or something. If your cashing 10 cards and it takes you 4 minutes a card then obviously you have to go earlier than 11:55.

Shits easy.

However, (in Canada for that matter) the banks have caught on to that trick and now have a general reset time of 24 Hours.

I'm from CA as well, and your best bet isnt to hit the bank machines, its to go to private ATMs in stores.

Best bet is to have them cashed out @ POS directly ! u can hit the cards POS limit directly and not waste time at atms! with 10 or more cards it would be difficult to complete the midnight trick within time .
you can cash all and u can get all the money !

we do it like that in the US!

I'm almost 100% sure about the 24 hour reset. As far as testing, I just did it this past weekend.

I would try after 12 hours, nothing... then 18 hours, nothing.... then 24 hours (right before i was gonna throw the card away) it works.

^ This trend continued on 4 of my RBC Visa d+P that had a balance after the 1st day.

BTW, a method I use to check the balance is simply go in and withdraw 60$, check the receipt for the balance and then proceed.

^ that being said, you shouldn't do that on any terminal modified tracks because it cud lead to you burning the dumps.

most of russian banks offer you atm limit of $10.000 per day. I am talking now about regular visa/mc debit cards. If you own gold/platinum, then you can withdraw upto $50k per day.
Many banks offer this limit as monthly limit. I mean that you can withdraw $10k within 1 month and do this either in one day by taking all sum or take small parts every day.

Coast capital is $500 you are absolutely correct. Max it can EVER is $500 no matter what.


I use canada D+P which are (201) and works fine.

If you want I can try a D+P for you and address the issue if there is an issue.

gentleman u will not always be able to cash the dump at an atm for $400 everyday as that will look suspicious to the bank and will lock the dump, most times if u withdrawl the max limit 2 days in a row, the card account is locked on the third....
