how accurate is the Mastercard website on ATMs without emv chip readers ?

when creating the track 1 from the track 2 is the process different in a 101 dump and 201 dump or is it the same ?

When using a dump with pin at an ATM does nonvbv cause an issue when trying to cash out? can VBV block and different area cashout attempt ?

is there area blocks in the same country that could block transactions from happening?

Hello.
The Mastercard website shows correct information for the last 3-6 months.

The process of creating track 1 from track 2 is the same for 101 and 201 dumps.

The process of cashing out a cloned card with a PIN code is the same for non-vbv and vbv cards. The ATM can eat the card if it is lost or blocked, so when recording, use a “live” dump.

Regional blocking only applies to cards from another country. Domestically, you can cash out dumps of your country in any region.

are you doing emv with x2 software or just the mag strip??

I used Master card website to locate an ATM without a chip reader, i thought when i was at the ATM it was golden, it was very old and i had 6 dump cards wrote. when i tried each and everyone i got a failed transaction. no error code, i think maybe it was attempting to read the empty EMV chip. How would i be able to find out if it doesn't read EMV chips? is there any clues at the ATM ?

Also is it possible I'm writing the track 1 incorrect, there is two guided who give the same instructions, is it possible they are incorrect ? when i swipe my personal card it gives 67 characters in the track one but when i write it myself im getting 72 characters, is there a mistake ?
