The ATM's are all over the world.
There usually the ones you find in Arcades/Malls, General Stores, Bars/Pubs
Gas/Petrol Stations, Corner Shops ect ect.
THE ATM'S are accessed by using the keypad in certain combinations
IE pressing a certain type of key combination at once.
Which gets you straight into the admin control panel.
This is where you change the values on dispensing cash/notes.
The machine doesn't know if it has 5, 10, 20, 50, or 100's in it.
If we change the dispense settings from/to 5.00 $/£/€
bills then for a 20.00 withdrawl we get 80.00 instead.
And your bank or what ever card you use only gets charged the original amount.
Advisable too Change the settings back after your transactions Simple no one
is the wiser although i do recommend take precautions ie dont spin the machine
every day ect, just rotate as many machines as you can find.
All the ATM machine's
leave the factory with the default setting's most owners never bother to change
these defaults, Because most people are too scared to mess about with money.!
